In the light of the tragic horrendous racially motivated deaths / murders of Emmett Till, James Gause, Rooster, Michael Brown Jr., Trayvon Martin, Philando Castile, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Aubrey, George Floyd, and so many others, “Pink Elephant in the Room. 2018” expresses the evil darkness of hatred and white privilege and social injustice and systemic racism in America. Protest! Change policies to ensure “REFORM” and “EQUAL JUSTICE” for a “BETTER AMERICA”. VOTE.
America could have been an even “GREATER NATION”…..
This piece was inspired by the prevalent face of Social Injustice. Is a picture worth a thousand words? Saying what you see and seeing what you say is a credible testimony of what actually exists. We have the power to discourage acceptance and to foster change.
